1. Create a Plan
Once you have registered and created your initial business plan, you will be able to modify your own business home page. Registration triggers being assigned an expert and you can message your expert whenever you would like their feedback or advice. They will be able to access your plan and homepage. You can update your plan and homepage whenever you want as your idea develops. Your plan doesn’t have to be set in stone – ideas which are flexible and responsive to changing circumstances usually do better than those that are fixed. If you want to give anyone else access to your homepage, you can do this by giving them your unique pin number. They will then be able to see your homepage but they won’t be able to change anything.
2. Getting Expert Help
Your business homepage is your virtual office and gives you the opportunity to create a more detailed business plan. You will be asked to think more seriously about the 4 main issues that will determine whether or not your big idea will become a reality. You can edit these however you see fit and your Expert will be available to you, via the message board, whenever you want to consult them about what you’re doing. Remember your Expert is someone who has started their own business and you can take advantage of their experience and avoid making the same mistakes that they did!
3. Making it Happen
The process of developing your plan may take several weeks, as you aim for perfection! When you and your Expert are both happy that you are ready to make it happen, your Expert will clear you to move on to the final stage and create a formal business plan in printable format which incorporates all the work you have already done. You are now ready to take off in the real world!
